On the console, you push the power button for three to five seconds. The display come on and has a few different choice. Selecting power off turns it all the way off.

Power Off vs Sleep
It close all of your application and clears out your system cache.
This action close all apps and clear the system cache.
That means it shut down the console. It doesn’t go to sleep, there’s no memory being kept alive.
Going to sleep just keeps it running in the background. Shutting it down is a clean slate when you turn it back on, the screen turns off and the console is quiet.
It’s clean, easy to use. It have a clear cut menu design that doesn’t make it hard to select what you want.
When I choose something, there isn’t any delay before the hardware act on my selection. It work well and is very user friendly.
