If you open up the Blink app on your phone, you’ll find a list of all your connected device here on the main screen. Here you’ll be able to tell which are online/offline.
The process begins by tapping into the settings. From there, tap into the list of Device and System Settings. Here’s where you’ll find all of the control points for your hardware. Then tap on name of the system group, like Office or Home, which includes the camera you wish to remove.

If you just scan up the list, though, there’s an easy-to-miss button that says Delete Device right down at bottom of page. Tap it and you’ll begin the unregistration process right away.
Tap the red button and a confirmation dialog pops up. It tells you that by deleting the device you’ll no longer have access to some of its features. If you change your mind, tap Cancel; otherwise, tap Delete Device to proceed with the deletion. As soon as you click Confirm, the camera are gone from your account list.

But keep in mind, this does require having access to your account. Otherwise it goes nowhere. If you have account access, then the process is simple and straightforward.
